C3 was created specifically for physicians who specialize in interventional cardiology, vascular surgery, and interventional radiology. Ted established the inaugural identity and has designed the meeting materials since 2008.

The Vascular Interventional Advances (VIVA) conference, hosted each year in Las Vegas, is for physicians, fellows, and residents who specialize in vascular surgery. Ted established the inagural meeting identity in 2002. It is still in use today.
The Technology Innovation in Plastic Surgery (TIPS) conference was developed to inform clinicians, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, facial plastic surgeons, podiatrists, and wound care specialists of the newest trends in their field.
